Through our teleclasses women join in ‘virtual circle’ as a useful way to transcend the miles between us, allowing us to explore current topics of interest. World leaders have come to the realization that women’s leadership on all levels of society is key to bringing about peace, environmental integrity and prosperity for all. Our proposal for a training of trainers and a worldwide event will inspire, develop and nurture women and girls’ leadership capacities, and expand and strengthen the global women’s network.

Ways Women Lead Teleclasses will explore:

~ what is good leadership (this includes healthy body/mind/spirit)

~  women as leaders

~ self-esteem

~  assertive communications

~ media skills

~ theories of group development

~ group facilitation skills

~ team building, community organizing

~ techniques for harvesting group wisdom

Recently at the , sold-out Peace Summit in Vancouver, His Holiness the Dalai Lama made a proclamation that stunned the crowd:

“The world will be saved by the western woman.”

More and more women and girls are feeling called to awaken to the fullness of our authentic power and become leaders for the common good.  We have known for a long time that women have a critical role to play in co-creating a world of justice, peace and the integrity of creation.

How do we step into our leadership?  How can we work together both locally and globally, how can we use technology to make a positive difference?  Where should we give our energy and intention in order to make our greatest contribution?  How can we co-create places of empowerment and safety for women and girls empowerment?  What is transformative leadership, leadership for the common good?  What is the common good and becoming a global citizen?  How can we go from victim to leader?  What is the sacred feminine and how will these qualities influence leadership YinPowerment?  How does understanding of our fertility cycle empower us and even the work place?  How we can bring the Red Tent environment everywhere.

These and other questions will be discussed on our teleclasses.  We will also teach skills and good leadership practices all done in a virtual sacred circle.

A WOMANfesting Circle gives women the opportunity to come together in the good company of equally inspired women who dare to believe in themselves, share their talents, pool their resources, transform communication, unite in support of one another, hold one another up, and connect in a deeply authentic and powerful way to make a difference by being authentic and courageoous.

Thanks to the power of technology we have many ways of coming together to share information and ideas. When we cannot come together in person, we are blessed with virtual opportunities. Circle Connections uses LightPages as our social networking means of staying in touch with one another.

WOMANfesting is a celebration and allowing process of calling in your dreams to make a difference. Coming together in a WOMANfesting Circle is similar to a MasterMind group, but with a feminine touch that women that have brought to the process of manifesting miracles for centuries.

WOMANfesing Circle Participants will:

• learn to move beyond limiting beliefs
• identify what they really want
• think outside the box to vision limitless possibilities, daring to act upon your dreams
• learn to ‘give’ and ‘receive’ mutual support and encouragement without judgments
• apply Circle Principles and Shared-Leadership
• surrender procrastination and worry
• embrace a new perspective and reclaim powers of creation
• have fun and experience unconditional love

This teleclass series (TO BE ANNOUNCED) is a weekly 1 1/2 hour virtual circle facilitated by Rhonda Hull. It will meet formally for six weeks. Fee: $250

Bonded by a common commitment, those who choose to do so will continue to encourage and support one another in the realization of your dreams built upon information shared and connections made.

This WOMANfesting Circle is facilitated by Rhonda Hull, Ph.D., and includes email mentor-coaching from Rhonda, a mentor-coach, happiness expert, and life ‘doula’ serving women at transitional moments for over two decades. WOMANfesting handouts and use of LightPages are included in the course fee. Sessions will be recorded and accessible to participants.
