Circle Connections serves as a creativity catalyst, connection conduit for women, and an empowering gathering place for the cross-pollination and evolution of ideas, vision and action to create a New Earth. Although gathering in person if preferable, it is not always possible.

To become more sensitive to the impact of travel on our Mother Earth and to foster the linking and collaboration of women inner, outer, local and global, Circle Connections uses an amazing tool called LightPages, co-created by Jeanie DeRousseau. Jeanie takes step after step forward on the journey of connecting women on common ground through an inspired use of the internet.

The World Wide Web in its entirety is a miracle of human co-creation, an opportunity for every voice to be heard, for communities to form no matter how isolated individuals are, a brilliant peacock display of every culture with virtually every set of values expressed that is present on earth today. This effervescence, barely 20 years old with some 2 billion users, is a technological quantum jump where each person may express and find opportunities like never before.

As we participate in this daily out-picturing of humanity evolving, this global exchange of energies, we support those aspects of the web that are of value to us, that resonate with our own values.  In effect, we are voting for our own evolution with our feet (fingers?) with every click… We are only beginning to use this immense grassroots power as we channel our opinions into global petitions and sign up for global events.

Imagine a living tapestry of women, their projects and trusted networks of relationships, reaching into every sector of society, made visible on the Internet.  Imagine women co-creating sacred learning spaces, in their communities and online, inviting and supporting one another to realize their unique potentials, and to weave a global culture of collaboration.  Imagine women distributing wisdom and resources where they are needed throughout the world.
