CLASSES

Well Being Classes
Happehatchee Center
Monday Evenings
starting May 11th
7:00 to 9:00 PM Eastern Time

water-splash_wellbeingThese classes provide four two-hour sessions in well being for ourselves, family, community and world.  Well Being stretches and relaxes body/mind/spirit.

First we start with ourselves — becoming the change we want to see in the world, followed by spirit-filled actions that make a positive difference.

- Session One:  Knowing and caring for ourselves and all creation.
- Session Two: Discovering and nurturing passions, preferences (Myers Briggs) and skills.
- Session Three:  Co-creating well being in our lives and the world, listening without judgment and peaceful speaking, organizing around dreams, achieving success, balancing doing with being.
- Session Four:  Sustaining us and others as spiritual beings on a human path; co-creating on-going circles and sustainable communities.

Tai Chi, Yoga, breathing, mediation, visualizations and other spirit-filled sustainable practices are woven throughout the sessions.  The sacred circle is the setting for all sessions where Spirit guides and nurtures us on a magical co-creative journey.

Circle Connections website’s community online communications along with conference calls, teleclasses and BlogTalk Radio Show (Act In, Act Up and Act Out) provide on-going enlightenment and support.

We work to create understanding of our lives’ in respect to the many cultures that are a part of Alaska. We look at issues that affect our communities and explore actions that can be taken.
