This Monday’s guest is Leslie Lanes, and two of the Rose Circle’s young women, joining us in conversation about:
The Importance Having the Voice of Youth in Shared Leadership

Leslie Lanes, Millionth Circle Convener colleague and friend, is the executive director of the Rose Circle Mentoring Network, a non-profit organization in southern Oregon training women and men to be mentors for girls and boys. Now in their fourth year, The Rose Circle is sponsoring their sixth mentor training. Youth in 5 cities in Southern Oregon are benefiting from having the Rose Circle mentor circles and one-on-one mentor relationships. Leslie along with two Rose Circle girls will tell us how the program started and why being in a Rose Circle that offers transition experiences for life passages and deepens their experience of their own leadership is so important.
