Women Living a 4-D Life

It is easy  for women to get distracted and discouraged when change comes at us like an avalanche. Here are a few reflections for living a 4-D life to sustain our YinPowerment amidst the chaos:

1. Dream.

Fear paralyzes dreams. We must dare to continue to dream. We must have the courage to create our vision, hold a clear intention, and believe in limitless possibilities. If we think something is impossible or that we aren’t capable, we easily prove ourselves to be right.
Instead of saying “I’ll believe it when I see it” we must shift our default thinking  to grasp with commitment and trust that we’ll “see it when we believe it”.

Don’t stop asking… What do I want? Where would I like to go? How much do I want to make? Who will be with me? If you realized your dream, what would your world look like? Don’t just dare to dream. Dare to dream BIG!

2. Decide.

Don’t second guess yourself. Get off the fence and dare to trust your intuition. Expand your ability to make decisions. Allow experience to be what you get when you don’t get what you want. Seldom do we get it ‘right’ the first time we try.

To be successful at some point we must make a clear decision to “go for it.” We must see mistakes as opportunities to learn and dare to be a vital and active part of our own evolution. We must dare to learn from our mistakes rather than protect our ego.

Choose to be happy rather than right. Those who procrastinate are perfectionists in disguise. They want to wait until they are certain success is at hand. Change agents instead accept that life is messy. Dare to decide despite uncertainties. Trust your gut and apply what you learn from their mistakes. Focus on what’s working and celebrate it.

3. Desire.

When times are so challenging it is easy to allow depression to drain our desire and distract our passions. We must reclaim our feminine power and intuition and dare to dig deep in order to activate our passion. We must resist ‘going Lone Ranger’ or hiding out.

Desires become possible through connection with others who are mutually passionate and surround ourselves with the healthy support of those equally committed to positive change. As we live through our desires we will realize our calling, shine, and make a difference.
When you dare to fuel your desires it will empower your dreams.

4. Daily Action.

Being authentic, applying daily discipline, recommitting daily to our dreams, making a daily effort even if in baby steps to care for our self and others with compassion, and taking daily action to make our dreams come true is the key to all success and the pathway to durable joy regardless of our circumstances.

Life is a journey rather than a destination that is lived by taking one small step after another, linking authentic moments together that lead us to the future. Although we desire an amazing future, now is what is truly important. It is by living the present moment with quality and grace, leaning with daily evidence of our passions in the direction of our dreams.

Life for conscious women is most powerful and joyful when we accept what is and imagine what’s possible, living moment by moment consciously, respectfully, and intentionally.
