The dream of Ways Women Lead is to engage and connect as many people as possible on a journey of self discovery and empowerment for women and girls. As many others have concluded, by investing in women and girls, we invest in the future.

We plan to implement this process simply and inexpensively, online, locally, and with an initial international event to be held October 24-27, 2010 in Sofia, Bulgaria. And we envision an outcome where everyone has the opportunity and capacity to become a leader for the common good, both locally and globally.
